Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
- All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, boxes, shoe pouches, and shoe rape.
- If items have any type of repair, we will gladly repair them free of cost, for repair-related queries please WhatsApp/Email.
- Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- JABYZ will Refund Paid amount only if the order at delivery is damaged, or faulty, or if the wrong order is received.
- JABYZ only initiates a refund after the returned item has been received and the condition check has been accepted.
- No refund will be issued by JABYZ if the order has been delivered with the color and size selected by the customer while placing the order.
- The refund amount will take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- We can’t cancel the order once it’s shipped.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at [jabyz.info@gmail.com] to obtain an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number. After receiving an EMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your exchange to the following address:

- Please note, you will be responsible for all exchange shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your exchange.

Warranty
- We offer a three months warranty on our products.
- Accessories are not returnable, refundable or replaceable.
